FPC’s supreme governing body is the General Shareholders Meeting.
In 2018, two General Shareholders Meetings were held – one annual General Shareholders Meeting and one extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting
Joint Stock Company Registry Society STATUS served as teller at FPC’s General Shareholders Meetings. Voting results were announced at the meetings.
